Return Policy

ARLUM strives to make pieces that will last, and we want to make sure that the piece you ordered is the right match.

We gladly accept returns for refund to the original method of payment within 30 days of the order delivery. Return packages must be postmarked within the 30 days.

Orders received outside the 30 days are only eligible for store credit or an exchange.

Garment must be unwashed, unworn and complete with the original tags intact to receive a refund. Please take into account that any damaged or altered merchandise will not be accepted as a return. Product that is not accepted will be returned to the buyer.

  5. Wrong item/ color
  6. Cleaning/ care instructions
  7. Ordered multiple sizes/ colors
  8. Did not like fabric
  9. Received damage
  10. Quality not as expected
  11. Arrived too late

In order to process the return by mail:

Option 1: ARLUM prepaid

Please email contact@arlumstudio.com with your order number and the items you would like to return to begin the return process.

We will generate a safe return shipping label and email it to you.

The prepaid return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Print the shipping label and include the printed return invoice labeled “Packing Slip” in your package.

Pack and seal your merchandise in the original packaging.

Affix your shipping label to the package and make sure no other tracking labels are visible.

Once your package is ready to ship, drop it off at your local carrier as labeled.

Once shipped you will be able to track your package using the link provided to you in your email.

Option 2: Return the package on your own

Complete the return form included in your order and keep the copy of your original invoice for your own records.

Pack and seal your merchandise in the original packaging.

Select a carrier and ship the item(s) by any traceable and insured mail (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).

Pay the return postage at the time of shipping.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and any lost or damaged item.

We strongly advise that you insure your parcel.

Once your package is received, a refund will be granted based on our practice guidelines.

You will receive an email once your return is completed.

Please allow 1 – 2 weeks to find your payment refunded.
